PREGĂTIREA TEHNICĂ LA STANDARDE EUROPENE A ELEVILOR DIN LICEE TEHNICE PENTRU O CARIERĂ DE SUCCES

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
TECHNICAL BASED LEARNING

The project was set within the frame of the Erasmus+ priorities. The main aims for the 19 students who attended vocational training in Italy were:

Assimilation of EU legislation on environmental protection
Basic knowledge about fauna and flora biodiversity
Identification of pollution sources
Monitoring and protection of local and areal biodiversity

The above mentioned aims have facilitated personal and professional development and have increased the chances of integration within national and international labour market, in environmental protection area/ domain.

At the end of the mobility, the students acquired the necessary skills to carry out relevant measurements in environmental protection (noises, electromagnetic field, pollution agents), in protecting the flora and fauna, and in monitoring and reducing pollution. The students have also learned how to preserve the urban gardens, how to communicate in the work place and how to become more responsible towards the work place.

The management of the project by Tellus College was efficient and communication was of high standards. The initiator of the project, Liceul Tehnologic ”Constantin Bursan”, will definitely continue the collaboration with the receiving organisation in the following year.””The students were impressed by the way of conducting the experiments and the workshops and have also gained the necessary knowledge in their domain with the help of useful materials and equipment from specialised companies.

Moreover, on a personal level, they have developed their cultural experience by visiting a modern European capital with all its touristic attractions. Plus, they adapted easily to living with a host family in a new environment and to using crowded public transport, while enjoying the unexpected quietness in recreational spaces. The tutor had an important role in making this experience worthwhile, as there was an effective communication between him and the students.”
