Neil started with Tellus in 2004 as the Operations Director to become the Chief Executive Officer in 2008. He has two young boys and has lived in Plymouth since 1990.

Before joining Tellus Group Neil had a varied background in Management Education, IT and Management in Social Care. He has a Masters in Business Administration. He likes Malcolm Forbes’ quote: “Education’s purpose is to replace an empty mind with an open one”.
